Dear  Mr. and Mrs. Pryzbylo:

Once again encroachment was noted between posts 118 and 119.  A trampoline was found on the greenbelt on April 15, 2000 on the annual perimeter walk.  As you are undoubtedly aware, this in violation of the Common Area Management Policy.  No objects are to be placed on the greenbelt, even for temporary storage.  Please refrain from placing your trampoline, or any other objects on the greenbelt.

In the past you have indicated an interest in the Board’s plans for the area adjacent to your property.  Our plans are to continue to reforest this area with native plants.  Specific plants that may be planted this spring include red bud between posts 118 and 119, and northern red oak and various nut trees near the perimeter line between posts 119 and 120.  Once again, we request that you carefully avoid mowing the perimeter line in this area.  This work will be only done after notification of the Oakland County Sheriff as the Board is concerned about the personal safety of the volunteers who work near your lot.

In an effort to inform the community about the Board’s actions, this letter will be posted to the Dunham Lake web site,  dunhamlake.org.  If you care to reply to this letter, and if you would like that reply posted to the web site, please include that information in your letter.

Sincerely,

Diane L. Hallinen
