The annual Greenbelt Perimeter walk was held May 25, 2002. On that walk we discovered large pile of broken bottles on the perimeter line. According to the rules of the DLPOA no dumping is allowed on the greenbelt. The Encroachment Abatement Procedure, also found at the above URL, dictates that you must write a letter to DLPOA acknowledging the receipt of this letter and a statement that you will refrain from encroaching in the future. We also expect the broken bottles to be removed.
