The annual Greenbelt Perimeter walk was held May 25, 2002. On that walk we discovered a small area of mowed grass on the greenbelt. This was betweeen posts 42 and 43. According to the rules of the DLPOA no mowing of grass is allowed on the greenbelt. The Encroachment Abatement Procedure, also found at the above URL, dictates that you must write a letter to DLPOA acknowledging the receipt of this letter and a statement that you will refrain from encroaching in the future.
