The annual Greenbelt Perimeter walk was held May 25, 2002. On that walk we discovered a small area of mowed grass on the greenbelt. This was near post 38. According to the rules of the DLPOA no planting of grass is allowed on the greenbelt. Please see the Common Area Management Policy for details, which can be found on the web at http://www.geocities.com/mickbell_40/governance/governance.htm . The Encroachment Abatement Procedure, also found at the above URL, dictates that you must write a letter to DLPOA acknowledging the receipt of this letter and a statement that you will refrain from encroaching in the future.
