The annual Greenbelt Perimeter walk was held May 25, 2002. On that walk we discovered slate stones on the greenbelt. According to the rules of the DLPOA no placement of any item is alloweed on the greenbelt. The Encroachment Abatement Procedure, also found at the above URL, dictates that you must write a letter to DLPOA acknowledging the receipt of this letter and a statement that you will refrain from encroaching in the future.
