Dear Mr. and Mrs. :

Our annual perimeter walk was held May25th, 2002. Once again extensive mowing of the Greenbelt was noted adjacent to your property. As you have been told multiple years in the past this is not allowed activity as outlined in the Common Area Management Policy. This document can be found online at Dunhamlake.org.

I plan on killing the grass on the greenbelt adjacent to your property with Round-up. This will include the grass on the greenbelt side of your wood pile, and the extensive amount on the property adjacent to the back of your lot. I will be doing this work only when the Oakland County Sheriff is on duty patrolling the parks as I prefer not to be assaulted while doing my volunteer job.
