The annual walk of the perimeter of the common areas was held May 15, 2003.

During the walk we discovered what appeared to be a tomato cage around a pine tree. This was found between posts 62 and 63. Since your lot is adjacent to this area we thought you may have some knowledge of this plant.

Technically the plant and cage are a violation of the Common Area Management Policy. A permit is required for any manipulation of the Greenbelt. If this pine is native to this area we certainly will be delighted to issue a retroactive permit. (I’m not that good at identifying pine species in seedlings so you will have to tell me what it is)
