Dear Mr. and Mrs.:

Thank you for your prompt reply to our letter dated May 30, 2006. The corner posts which delineate the border which we use for our perimeter inspection are the property of DLPOA. These posts are labeled 15 and 16. These posts have been surveyed and are clearly within the common area. We appreciate that you do not wish to encroach on the common area, but from our evaluation the large wooden structure is within the common area and needs to be removed. You are required to remove this structure promptly and inform the DLPOA in writing when this is completed. Please complete this task and respond in writing before July 1, 2006. If this task is not completed before July 1, 2006, a “Second Letter” will be sent and the situation referred to the Civic Committee for implementation of the Fine Policy. A copy of the Fine Policy is enclosed.
